Terms of service
What you can expect from us, what we expect from you, and what happens to your data when either of us walks away.
Plain-language summary of our commitments, written to be read. It is not legal advice and is under review by counsel ahead of launch.
The agreement
These terms govern your use of Superaxe. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.
Your account
- Access is currently invite-gated; accounts are provisioned by us
- You are responsible for the security of your staff credentials
- You set your own staff roles and permissions, and are responsible for who you grant them to
- Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised
Acceptable use
Do not use Superaxe to break the law, to store data you have no right to hold, to attack or probe the service, to resell access without agreement, or to send communications your recipients have not consented to receive.
Your data
You keep ownership of everything you put into Superaxe. You grant us only the licence needed to host, process and display it in order to provide the service. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to hold the member data you enter.
You can export your data at any time while your account is open. On closure we delete or anonymise it as set out in the privacy policy.
Fees
Subscription fees, billing period and notice terms are set out in your order form. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly agreed. We will give at least 30 days' notice before any price change takes effect.
Availability
We aim for high availability and will give advance notice of planned maintenance where practical. We do not promise uninterrupted service, and nothing here should be read as a service level guarantee unless you have one in writing.
What we don't promise
Superaxe reports what your records contain. It does not guarantee business outcomes, and no figure it displays should be treated as financial, legal or tax advice. Except where law prevents it, the service is provided as-is and our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
Suspension and termination
You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of your current billing period. We may suspend an account for non-payment or for a serious breach of these terms, and will give notice and a chance to fix it wherever the circumstances allow.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified to account holders by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that constitutes acceptance.
