SERIES B STARTUP
Their CI/CD was a Jenkins instance with 200 plugins, running on a server under someone's desk. Literally.
Rebuilt on GitHub Actions. Deployment time: 45 min → 4 min. The desk is now just a desk.
E-COMMERCE
A PHP monolith from 2008. The original developers are all retired. Comments included prayers.
Extracted core logic, rebuilt in modern stack. 200k lines → 12k lines. Still does more.
HEALTHCARE
Patient intake was 47 manual steps across 6 different systems. Someone had to physically walk papers between floors.
